How a Video Review Works
The JAN studio Video Review is the fastest way to level up how you come across on camera and on stage. You send in a recording, and you get back a detailed personal review: what works, what gets in the way, and exactly what to change next. No scheduling, no travel - just expert feedback you can rewatch as often as you like.
- You record a short video (a pitch, a talk, a piece to camera) and send it in
- JAN reviews it in detail against story, delivery and presence
- You receive a personal review with timestamped, concrete pointers within a few days
- Optional: send a second take so we can check your progress
What you'll get
- A personal video (or written) review you can rewatch any time
- Concrete pointers on story structure, pace and delivery
- The single biggest thing holding your message back - named clearly
- Practical fixes you can apply to your very next recording
- Honest, expert feedback without the cost of a full coaching trajectory
The Problem
- You record yourself but can't tell why it doesn't quite land
- You get vague 'looks good!' feedback from friends, never anything you can act on
- You don't have time to book a full coaching session right now
- You want to improve on camera before a pitch, talk or campaign goes live
You can't fix what you can't see. One expert review of your own footage shows you exactly what your audience experiences - and what to change first.
Why This Works
This isn't a generic checklist. It's a personal, frame-by-frame read of how you actually come across - and what to do about it.
- Feedback on your real material, not hypotheticals
- Specific and timestamped, so you know exactly what to change
- Async and flexible - no calendars to align
- A low-commitment way to experience working with JAN

FAQ
Common questions.
What kind of video should I send?
Anything where you're talking to camera: a pitch rehearsal, a talk run-through, a LinkedIn clip, or a piece you're about to publish. Two to ten minutes is the sweet spot - enough to see your patterns, short enough to review in depth.
How do I receive the feedback?
You'll get a personal review with concrete, timestamped pointers - what's working, what's getting in the way, and the specific changes that will make the biggest difference. You can rewatch or reread it as often as you like.
Can a video review lead to coaching?
Yes. Many people start with a video review to get a feel for working together, then move into 1-on-1 coaching for deeper, live work. There's no obligation either way - the review stands fully on its own.
